About the job
We are looking for a motivated Application Support Consultant (SQL Focus) to join our high caliber team.
Your contribution to the success of the team
Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and effective communication
Analyze and manage client support requests related to sales and field operations
Provide ongoing support for mobile applications and assist clients in resolving system-related issues
Guide clients on best practices and ensure optimal use of the systems
Collaborate with internal teams to handle support requests and ensure high service quality
Gather and analyze feedback from users and partners to identify issues and suggest improvements
Work closely with ERP/CRM teams to support and deliver integrated solutions
Implement and develop new features based on customer requests
Your Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Knowledge of SQL (Microsoft SQL Server)
Ability to analyze business needs and processes
Excellent command of Greek and English
Team player with strong analytical thinking and a customer-focused mindset
Nice to Have
Basic knowledge of PHP and XML
Previous internship, academic projects, or experience in a technical support or related role
Familiarity with CRM or mobile business applications
