To meet current corporate needs, we would like to bring to our team a:Commercial Contracts Senior Associate (Lawyer)&nbsp;We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lawyer to join the Commercial Contracts Department of our Company, providing advice and support to the business teams responsible for the commercialization of the LAMDA MALLS commercial properties - both under development (The Ellinikon) and in operation (Malls) - working in close collaboration with the Legal Department of the organization, as needed.&nbsp;This is a great opportunity to work on a diverse range of high-profile commercial matters in a collaborative environment.&nbsp;The role reports to the Senior Commercial Contracts Manager of the Department.&nbsp;&nbsp;In detail, the&nbsp;Commercial Contracts Senior Associate will have the following responsibilities:&nbsp;&nbsp;· &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Draft, review and negotiate commercial cooperation agreements, commercial leases, HoTs, renewals, amendments, termination agreements, assignment agreements etc., based on company’s standard model agreements, as per the requests received by the business teams· &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Provide guidance and advice to the Commercial team during negotiations with tenants on special terms and conditions (liabilities, risks, etc.), adjusting and incorporating such terms in the company’s model agreements in line with business needs and company’s objectives·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Collaborate with internal and external shareholders to consolidate information and feedback, collect necessary documentation and facilitate contract execution·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Keeping up with important changes in legislation affecting the business, preparing memos and informing internal stakeholders where required·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Monitor the contract lifecycle, from initiation to closure and ensure flow of information across the company.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Update databases and trackers, maintain the electronic records of all signed contracts, prepare presentations and papers for internal communication&nbsp;You will be a successful candidate for our job opening, if you can identify yourself with the following criteria:&nbsp;Academic Qualifications:&nbsp;<ul><li>A degree in Law, preferably combined with a post graduate degree in civil or business Law or in studies associated with the Real Estate sector in general</li><li>Having completed extensive studies and coursework on several business-related legal issues and particularly on issues related to complex commercial real estate contracts</li><li>Excellent command of the English language (written and oral)</li><li>Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word &amp; Power Point)</li></ul>&nbsp;Professional Experience:&nbsp;About 7-10 years of relevant professional experience, in a well-organized In House Legal Department or Law Firm&nbsp;On a personal side, the ideal candidate:&nbsp;<ul><li>Is self-motivated, proactive, well-organized, efficient, detail-oriented and accountable</li><li>Is able to work under pressure, prioritizes work and meets tight deadlines</li><li>Possesses a strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude, along with excellent communication skills</li><li>Enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams across the Company</li></ul>&nbsp;Our Company offers:&nbsp;Our vision is to bring to life the largest urban regeneration project in Europe.
