The role reports directly to the Tax Partner and entails close collaboration with cross-functional legal teams.Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:<ul><li>Advising clients on corporate tax matters related to group restructurings and cross-border transactions</li><li>Structuring and reviewing complex domestic and international corporate tax arrangements</li><li>Providing tax-related legal support in real estate, energy, and financing transactions</li><li>Drafting legal opinions and memos on corporate tax issues, tax compliance, and regulatory implications</li><li>Supporting transactional due diligence processes and advising on tax-related risk mitigation strategies</li><li>Collaborating closely with clients, building long-term trusted relationships, and understanding business needs</li><li>Keeping abreast of evolving tax legislation and contributing to internal knowledge sharing</li><li>Any other task that may be required from time to time</li></ul>Professional experience &amp; qualifications of a successful candidate:<ul><li>Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a strong academic record.
