Ο Όμιλος ΓΕΚ ΤΕΡΝΑ αναζητά:Legal Secretary &amp; ParalegalΑρμοδιότητες:<ul><li>Παρέχει διοικητική υποστήριξη στο νομικό τμήμα&nbsp;</li><li>Συλλέγει και οργανώνει όλα τα απαιτούμενα στοιχεία για τις νομικές υποθέσεις&nbsp;</li><li>Τηρεί το φυσικό και ηλεκτρονικό αρχείο του νομικού τμήματος (δικόγραφα, δικαστικές αποφάσεις, πρακτικά ΔΣ και ΓΣ κ.α. εταιρικά έγγραφα).&nbsp;</li><li>Παρακολουθεί τις προθεσμίες των δικαστικών υποθέσεων και ενημερώνει το σχετικό ημερολόγιο και τους εσωτερικούς και εξωτερικούς δικηγόρους.&nbsp;</li><li>Συντονίζει τη συλλογή στοιχείων για τη νομική προετοιμασία των δικαστικών και εν γένει νομικών υποθέσεων.</li><li>Διαχειρίζεται την αλληλογραφία του τμήματος τηρώντας απόλυτη εχεμύθεια για τις νομικές υποθέσεις και αναθέσεις (εσωτερικές και εξωτερικές).</li><li>Πραγματοποιεί μεταφράσεις στα νομικά κείμενα και τη σχετική αλληλογραφία&nbsp;</li><li>Παρακολουθεί τον κύκλο προμηθειών του τμήματος και προχωρά στις σχετικές ενέργειες στο ERP SΑΡ.</li><li>Παρακολουθεί τις συμβάσεις του τμήματος και πραγματοποιεί ελέγχους στις σχετικές τιμολογήσεις σύμφωνα με αυτές.</li><li>Υποστηρίζει το Νομικό Σύμβουλο στα καθήκοντα και τις διαδικασίες οργάνωσης του τμήματος.</li></ul>&nbsp;Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα:<ul><li>Πτυχίο Ανώτατης Εκπαίδευσης σε συναφές με τα καθήκοντα αντικείμενο</li><li>Κατοχή τυπικής Πιστοποίησης Paralegal θεωρείται προσόν</li><li>3 έως 5 έτη προηγούμενης εργασιακής εμπειρίας στη διοικητική υποστήριξη οργανωμένης νομικής υπηρεσίας ή/και ως Paralegal, εκ των οποίων τουλάχιστον ένα (1) έτος στη διοικητική υποστήριξη δικηγορικής εταιρείας</li><li>Γνώση νομικών όρων και διαδικασιών καθώς και των αρχών του Δικαίου</li><li>Εξοικείωση με προγράμματα οργάνωσης και διαχείρισης νομικών υπηρεσιών</li><li>Άριστη γνώση της Αγγλικής Γλώσσας (προφορικά και γραπτά)</li><li>Πολύ καλή χρήση MS Office</li></ul>Δεξιότητες:&nbsp;<ul><li>Οργάνωση και διαχείριση του χρόνου&nbsp;</li><li>Διακριτικότητα και εχεμύθεια</li><li>Μεθοδικότητα &amp; επικέντρωση στη λεπτομέρεια</li><li>Αποτελεσματική επικοινωνία&nbsp;</li><li>Προσανατολισμός στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών</li></ul>Παροχές Εταιρείας:<ul><li>Προοπτικές εξέλιξης και ανάπτυξης σε έναν ισχυρό Όμιλο εταιρειών</li><li>Συμμετοχή σε Ομαδικό Ασφαλιστήριο Συμβόλαιο</li></ul>
