As a Legal Counsel you will actively contribute to the legal support of business initiatives and ensure compliance within the highly regulated Telecommunications industry. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Legal Counsel to join our in-house legal team. You will actively contribute in supporting key business initiatives while ensuring compliance within the highly regulated telecommunications industry.Key accountabilities: • &nbsp; &nbsp;Provide strategic, actionable legal advice to cross-functional stakeholders (Operations, HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Business). • &nbsp; &nbsp;Manage litigation cases, coordinate external legal counsel, and represent the company before courts and regulatory authorities as needed. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Draft and review Board of Directors and General Assembly minutes; support corporate governance and ensure compliance with corporate law. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Assist in public procurement procedures and public tenders (RFIs/RFPs). • &nbsp; &nbsp;Support implementation of the internal compliance framework and contribute to the development of corporate policies. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Advise on a wide range of legal matters including corporate, labor, GDPR, and IP-related issues. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Draft, review, and negotiate a broad spectrum of contracts and legal documents. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Participate in due diligence processes and M&amp;A transactions.Who you are• &nbsp; &nbsp;Bachelor’s Degree in Law from an accredited law school. Legal Counsel

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Regulatory Compliance/ Legal Consultant with solid experience in banking compliance and a strong understanding of current and emerging regulatory frameworks. This role&nbsp;will support clients—primarily financial institutions—by delivering practical, risk-focused compliance solutions and advising on the impact of regulatory developments.The key responsibilities of this role will include:<ul><li>Analyze Regulations &amp; configure requirements considering regulatory dependencies (&nbsp;PSD, MiFID II, Market Abuse Regulation (MAR), Conflict of Interest, Outsourcing, GDPR, DORA,&nbsp;AI-related regulations or other related with Financial Institutions regulations</li><li>Assist in developing and updating compliance policies, procedures, and operational manuals.</li><li>Conduct regulatory monitoring of relevant European and international legislation (e.g., ESMA, EBA, ECB, FATF), and assess their impact on clients.</li><li>Interpret complex regulations to clear requirements &amp; provide regulatory advisory&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Prepare presentations&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Translate regulatory developments into clear, actionable recommendations and support clients in their implementation efforts.</li><li>Assist in regulatory gap assessments, compliance risk assessments, and internal reporting for senior stakeholders.</li><li>Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated and client-specific solutions.</li><li>Build strong relationships with clients and serve as a go-to advisor for regulatory compliance needs.</li><li>Participate in business development, including regulatory research, proposal preparation, and thought leadership content.</li></ul><ul><li></li></ul><ul><li></li></ul>To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):<ul><li></li></ul><ul><li>3 - 5&nbsp;years of professional experience in regulatory compliance, internal audit, or risk advisory—preferably within the banking or financial services sector.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree inLaw. Regulatory Compliance/ Legal Consultant in Financial Services
