What you’ll do As a Deployment Technical Engineering Authority you will have top Lead and execute deployment projects (International Network Build) of variable risk and complexity. Execute fixed network operation, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality of delivery according to H&S guidelines including in life contract management ( supplier KPI/SLA/Commercial/vouchers/credits ), procurement and logistic activities to ensure successful deployment of solutions. •   Execute fiber network deployment, Supervise & coordinate field deployment activities which are carried out from subcontractors •   Manages network rollout projects and resolves issues and problems during construction phase •   Ensures that network design guidelines and specs are followed in FO construction •   He is responsible to secure that guidelines, standards & procedures on H&S are met in the field deployment •   Perform field audits  •   Prepare reports for FO network status and issues Who you are •   Degree in Engineering and/or TEI/IEK equivalent certifications in Fiber Optic technology, or Communications •   English language (Fluent oral and written) •   Κnowledge in optical fiber networks (3 years’ experience in Fixed Access Networks/ FO deployment  •   In-depth knowledge of the following networking technologies:  o   Construction of FO networks o   FO passive equipment understanding o   FO cabling specs  o   FO Network Design •   Relevant Networking related certifications are desirable and will be considered a plus •   Proven analytical capability •   Ability to multi-task and prioritize job requirements. Examples of tasks you will work on as part of the team Contribute to the creation of IT / Cloud Strategies and Transformation Programmes. Evaluate alternative options and trade-offs to drive the execution of the IT / Cloud strategy taking advantage of opportunities to optimise technology, improve performance and enable digital transformation. Assess and design Technology Operating Model(s), covering IT Governance, IT Functional and Technology aspects. What we are looking for Experience in Health or Energy sector is highly appreciated University degree in Computer Science or other relevant fields, advanced degrees (MBA, and/or other Master’s Degree) viewed favourably. Relevant Experience working with customers on IT / Digital transformation projects. Experience with cloud computing and/or cloud adoption/transformation. Expertise in building something from scratch and seeing it through; envisioning the big picture, setting goals and developing programs from concept to execution. Proven track record of executing high-impact projects in cross industry practices (e.g. Financial Services, Consumer Industrial Products and Services, Public Sector & Health Care, Energy & Utilities) from a consulting point of view. Clear and concise spoken and written communication style tailored to each specific audience. Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
