As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of Fiber2All network (Fiber optic network, FTTH/FTTC infrastructure) to ensure optimum performance 24/7/365 and deliver the expected customer satisfaction and revenue targets. You will manage network design projects & local FO rollout deployment and operation projects through managing all Fiber2all subcontractors and contracts. YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Full stack observability implementation, maintenance and upgrades  - Configure monitoring for highly integrated business applications, set up proactive alerting  - Build business journey and tech dashboards, correlating metrics, events, logs, transactions  - Use observability tools for effective incident response, analysis and root cause identification as part of crisis management team (not limited to regular working hours)  - You will be in authority to advise, and take the lead in troubleshooting complex network issues, together with our managed services partners  - Prepare monitoring requirements for new projects using DevSecOps methodology (Features, User Stories, backlog)  - Vendors and service management skills  - Work together with other Product teams to improve performance, availability and user experience of various applications and services - perform in-depth analysis, identify major business transactions, assess patterns, inefficiencies and guide resources optimization using data insights  - Ensure integration and compliance with existing processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and automation  - Educate Product teams and vendors on how to use observability platform  ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?  - Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field - 3+ years of professional experience with Full Stack Observability Platforms (e.g. Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Spulnk, DataDog, New Relic)  - Widespread knowledge of IT landscape technologies and protocols – mobile and web application, Cloud (Azure, AWS, Google), OS, database, storage, virtualization, network  - Scripting and automation skills – like Bash scripting, Power Query, Power Automate, API, Excel to build custom integrations and extensions - (e.g. MS Dynaics365, SAP HYBRIS, SAP CPI, MS Azure)  - Experience in Project Management  - Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), and the concepts of the DevOps model  - Excellent collaboration skills and effective communication within cross-functional teams  - Self-organized person with strong problem-solving and customer-centric attitude  - Fluent in written and verbal English  ABOUT YOUR NEW TEAM: We are a family of 33 thousand engaged people.
