As HR Coordinator you will…<ul><li>Implement Human Resources processes related to the hotel’s daily operational needs ensuring guest services and colleague productivity and safety</li><li>Strengthen team bonding between management team and line staff</li><li>Work closely with the departments at all levels in communications and implementation of HR initiatives concerning all HR areas</li><li>Maintain, accurate and complete employee records</li><li>Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)</li><li>Prepare all the documents for HR policies and procedures</li><li>Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, leaves, sickness</li><li>Cooperate with Recruitment Management team to ensure efficient and high-quality coverage of vacancies</li><li>Recruitment Process Administration (job ads tracking, screening, phone interviews, reporting)</li><li>Act as the point of contact when employees have queries or job-related issues</li><li>Plan and organize social and community activities (Employee Events, community actions, etc)</li></ul>​Entry Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree&nbsp;Human Resources</li><li>Excellent command of Greek &amp; English language both verbal and written</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a similar position (previous HR experience within the luxury hospitality setting would be highly appreciated)</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel</li><li>Must be familiar and knowledgeable of Greek legislation and processes</li><li>Strong verbal communication</li><li>Excellent organizational skills, emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills</li></ul>​We offer:<ul><li>Accommodation with AC, wi-fi, laundry access and&nbsp;access to our open air gym</li><li>Continuous training opportunities (hard &amp; soft skills)</li><li>Free Counseling line for our employees and their relatives (mental health &amp; business psychology)</li><li>Company laptop &amp; mobile phone</li><li>Discounted Mini Market prices at our Employee dedicated market</li><li>Three meals per day at the staff restaurant</li></ul>​Why be part of our journey?It is a unique chance for you to work in one of the fastest growing hotel groups in Greece, alongside dedicated colleagues and professionals.
