Θα συνεργάζεστε με το προσωπικό και τους μηχανικούς για την εκτέλεση διαδικασιών συντήρησης και εκπαίδευσης, υποστηρίζοντας τη συνολική αποδοτικότητα της ομάδας. Βασικές Αρμοδιότητες: Υπεύθυνος για τον προγραμματισμό και την υλοποίηση της Προληπτικής, Προβλεπτικής και επεμβατικής συντήρησης του Μηχανολογικού Εξοπλισμού, διασφαλίζοντας την υγεία και ασφάλεια του προσωπικού. Συντονισμός και επίβλεψη των διαδικασιών συντήρησης που εκτελούνται από το προσωπικό και τους εργολάβους Διεξαγωγή εσωτερικών επιθεωρήσεων Υγείας και Ασφάλειας και σχεδίαση εκπαιδευτικών προγραμμάτων για το τμήμα Παρακολούθηση δεικτών απόδοσης (KPIs), διαχείριση μακροπρόθεσμων συμβολαίων και προγραμματισμός συντήρησης σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες κατασκευαστών Συνεργασία με τον Προϊστάμενο Συντήρησης για τη διαθεσιμότητα ανταλλακτικών και επιμέλεια εργολάβων Τήρηση του κανονιστικού πλαισίου για την προστασία προσωπικών δεδομένων (GDPR) και συμμόρφωση με τις πολιτικές της Metlen Energy & Metals   Απαραίτητα Προσόντα: Διπλωματούχος Μηχανολόγος Μηχανικός Πολυτεχνικής Σχολής (μέλος Τ.Ε.Ε.)
