Currently, we are searching to hire a Digital Content &amp; Performance Specialist responsible for the e-commerce new business and revenue maximization through digital content creation &amp; curation.<h2>During your day you will:</h2><ul><li>Monitor shopping behavior across websites and apps, proposes and implement&nbsp;enhancements that ease the user journey and improve conversions, in collaboration with agencies, development and IT teams</li><li>Engage and coordinate&nbsp;marketing and design partners to deliver high-quality content that follows channel best practices and brand voice</li><li>Manage and optimize&nbsp;content per page type (homepage, landing pages, PLP, PDP, checkout etc.) and digital channels (email, SEM, SoMe)</li><li>Analyse, report and update&nbsp;traffic pages (i.e. homepage, category page)</li><li>Coordinate&nbsp;the rollout of campaign landing pages calendar</li><li>Actively participate&nbsp;in the QA/UATs processes for platform implementations</li><li>Perform&nbsp;CMS tasks and initiatives, collaborating closely with other internal teams such as product, operations and IT</li><li>Monitor competition activities and stay&nbsp;up to date with digital marketing content, SEO and UX trends and best practices to continually improve strategies and tactics</li><li>Propose content initiatives and content strategy in digital marketing campaigns, new digital content tools, and community-related actions</li></ul><h2>What you need to stand out:</h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or other related field</li><li>Master’s degree on Digital Marketing or other related field</li><li>At least 3 years’ experience on digital content and/or digital marketing roles for E-commerce retail</li><li>Hands-on experience of an e-Commerce platform (i.e. Shopify Plus, PrestaShop, Netvolution or any other CMS)</li><li>Knowledge of analytical tools for performance measurement (i.e. Google Analytics) mandatory requirement</li><li>IT literacy and excellent knowledge of MS Office</li><li>Fluency in English and Greek, both oral and written</li><li>Digital marketing and performance marketing experience will be considered as an asset</li></ul><h2>Key Skills/Attributes</h2><ul><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Self-motivated and creative</li><li>Teamwork spirit and collaboration</li><li>Strong analytical skills, and problem-solving ability</li><li>Project management skills, operating under tight deadlines</li><li></li></ul>

Digital Content & Performance Specialist

As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will contribute to the overall mechanical maintenance of our production process. You are dedicated to working with your colleagues as part of a high-performing team, demonstrating enthusiasm, high motivation and passion to develop fast and picking up new skills and talents as you go.&nbsp;&nbsp;Your role:<ul><li>Assist with preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability and uptime.</li><li>Help develop and update maintenance logs, procedures, and work instructions.</li><li>Work alongside the team to resolve mechanical issues involving hydraulic, pneumatic systems, conveyors, and pumps.</li><li>&nbsp;Support in analyzing equipment failures and implementing improvement actions.</li><li>Work closely with technicians and operators, while continuously building your technical skills through training and hands-on experience.</li><li>Follow all safety procedures (including Lockout/Tagout), report hazards, and contribute to a strong safety culture.</li></ul>&nbsp;Your profile:<ul><li>Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply).</li><li>Up to 2 years of relevant experience.
