Intellectica is recruiting a results-oriented Business Consultant on behalf of a leading advisory firm specialising in business growth and strategic development for private sector companies. Based in Athens, Greece, the successful candidate will join a dynamic team, playing a key role in shaping strategies and implementing projects that deliver measurable results, while also supporting the submissions team in preparing applications on behalf of the company’s clients for EU and Greek investment funding programmes.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

• Analysing market trends and client needs to identify opportunities for growth

• Designing and implementing tailored business strategies that align with client objectives and funding requirements

• Preparing and reviewing applications for ESPA, Development Law, and RRF programmes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and competitiveness

• Organising client meetings and workshops to gather insights and confirm project requirements

• Advising on operational improvements and cost-saving measures to enhance efficiency

• Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery

• Monitoring project progress, evaluating results, and recommending adjustments to achieve targets

• Building strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing ongoing support and clear communication

• Any other task that may be required from time to time

Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Economics, Accounting, or related field

• At least 3 years of experience in business consulting or a similar role

• Hands-on experience or strong knowledge of ESPA, Development Law, and RRF funding frameworks is highly desirable

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

• Experience with ERPs will be considered a plus

• Fluent in Greek and English
