This includes support on coordination, supervision of construction and assurance of projects’ completion on time, within budget and within scope.<h2>During your day you will:</h2><ul><li>Manage and overview plant construction projects in order to ensure the efficiency of the plant construction process and the delivery of the project on time, in scope and within budget.</li></ul>More specifically:<ol><li>Cooperate with the Construction team in order to define the project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility</li><li>Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress and deadlines as per contractual terms</li><li>Define and coordinate required resources and third parties/vendors/ subcontractors for the flawless execution of projects and performs on site supervision when required</li><li>Perform risk management&nbsp;</li><li>Monitor budget and proposes any necessary adjustments to meet budgeting objectives</li><li>Develop and maintains required spreadsheets, diagrams, process maps and other project documentation</li><li>Participate in the preparation of reports to top management on project issues, performance, progress and compliance to contractors’ agreements’ terms &amp; statutory regulation and proposes improvements</li></ol><ul><li>Manage changes and improvements to the project scope, project schedule and project costs</li><li>Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques</li><li>Cooperate with third parties/vendors/subcontractors and all stakeholders involved</li><li>Support the projects’ development and design</li><li>Participate in the drawing up of final contracts regarding the equipment supplies and services</li><li>Coordinate on site visits of the project sponsor team</li><li>Support licensing process from Authorities for the plant construction</li></ul><h2>What you need to stand out:</h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering field&nbsp;</li><li>Master’ degree in Engineering or Project Management related field will be considered an asset</li><li>At least 5 years professional experience at Project Management in construction field</li><li>Project Management</li><li>Performance Management</li><li>Process Improvement</li><li>Very good command of the English language, written and verbal</li><li>Strong working knowledge on Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project Manager, AUTOCAD</li><li>Availability to travel</li><li>Efficient communication and interpersonal skills&nbsp;</li><li>Coordination of teams</li><li>Organizational and Time management skills</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Our Compass is the #ACTION#A_uthenticity#C_ompassion#T_eamwork#I_ntegrity#O_wnership#N_ever giving up&nbsp;&nbsp;What gives us energy:<ul><li>Friendly and fast paced environment, being always at the heart of the #action</li><li>Continuous learning to empower our teams</li><li>Career Development opportunities across the Motor Oil Group</li><li>Competitive compensation package</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;*We @Motor Oil Group are an equal opportunity employer.Our hiring decisions are based solely on qualifications, merit, and business needs.
