They ensure long term solution design stability, maintainability, compliance, &amp; data integrity according to the CCH landscape &amp; standards.YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Contribute to the product lifecycle together with the product manager from conception to retirement (Business, information, data, systems, financials, delivery &amp; maintenance). Help product manager in driving backlog prioritization and sprint objective definition</li><li>Collaborate with business and analyses requirements. Turn them into functional/technical specifications, including effort estimation.</li><li>Configuration and customization of the Product, achieved, in line with agreed architecture and, where needed, in collaboration with developers. Consistency of master data, transactional data ensured across systems in line with reporting needs</li><li>Integration across Products and between technology components conforms to best architecture practices and serves the business process needs</li><li>UI/UX solution aspects aligned with an expert/vendor, with product owner and Business stakeholders as well as Countries; A/B testing when appropriate</li><li>All product quality gates passed with demonstrated end-to-end quality engineering mindset; timely corrective actions carried out where applicable.</li><li>Regular and reliable releases to production achieved along best practices of DevSecOps, and with no business disruption.</li><li>Act as a role model, strive towards adding value and inspire all stakeholders to deliver beyond set objectives (agility &amp; speed).</li><li>Participate in complex (Cross-Stream, Cross Functional) discussions with stakeholders when determining the functional/technical requirements/capabilities needs to meet business goals.</li><li>Create a great working environment through a positive mind-set and can-do attitude in the project team</li><li>Team of product configuration experts engaged and delivering as per job ticket.</li></ul>ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?<ul><li>University Degree in a relevant area</li><li>5+ years’ experience with SAP S4, SAP OPPS, Promo Management Tools like SAP TPM and Xtel, D365 CRM</li><li>Hands-on design, configuration, testing and go-live experience with SAP S4, SAP OPPS, Promo Management Tools like SAP TPM and Xtel following company security standards.</li><li>Technical understanding of how various components are working together (e.g. API connectivity, middleware, etc.); understanding of cloud applications.</li><li>At least 1 year of experience in leading teams from a technical perspective.</li><li>Awareness of various project management practices (waterfall, agile, hybrid) with working experience with Scaled Agile or similar frameworks being an advantage</li><li>FMCG Commercial business process awareness will be considered as an advantage</li><li>Proven ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.</li><li>Strong communication and influencing skills and English proficiency.</li></ul>ABOUT YOUR NEW TEAM:We are a family of 33 thousand engaged people.
