Στο πλαίσιο λοιπόν της διαρκούς ανάπτυξής μας, αναζητούμε τον κατάλληλο υποψήφιο για τη θέση:&nbsp;Διευθυντή/ρια Πωλήσεων&nbsp;Ο/Η κατάλληλος/-η υποψήφιος/-α θα έχει ενεργό ρόλο στην οργάνωση, τον συντονισμό και την εφαρμογή των ενεργειών του τμήματος πωλήσεων, στο πλαίσιο ενός σύγχρονου και μηχανογραφημένου περιβάλλοντος. Η θέση απαιτεί ηγετικό προφίλ, στρατηγική σκέψη, εμπορική αντίληψη και ικανότητα διαχείρισης μεγάλων ομάδων πωλήσεων.Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:<ul><li>Συμμετοχή στον σχεδιασμό της εμπορικής στρατηγικής και στην κατάρτιση του ετήσιου πλάνου πωλήσεων.</li><li>Οργάνωση και παρακολούθηση των ομάδων πωλήσεων, με στόχο τη βέλτιστη απόδοση και ευθυγράμμιση με τους στρατηγικούς στόχους της εταιρείας.</li><li>Καθορισμός επισκεπτικών πλάνων και προγραμμάτων πωλητών, καθώς και συντονισμός του καθημερινού τους έργου σύμφωνα με τα projects και τις προτεραιότητες του οργανισμού.</li><li>Ποιοτική και ποσοτική αξιολόγηση της απόδοσης της ομάδας, με ανάπτυξη σχεδίων βελτίωσης και προτάσεις για ενίσχυση της αποδοτικότητας.</li><li>Συνδιαμόρφωση στόχων πωλήσεων ανά περιοχή, πωλητή και κατηγορία προϊόντων.</li><li>Συμμετοχή στην προσέλκυση, αξιολόγηση και αξιοποίηση νέων ή υφιστάμενων στελεχών του τμήματος.</li><li>Ανάλυση αγοράς και πελατολογίου, υποστήριξη εμπορικών ενεργειών και συμμετοχή σε διαχείριση στρατηγικών πελατών.</li><li>Υποστήριξη after-sales και ενεργή συμμετοχή σε επισκέψεις όταν απαιτείται.</li><li>Συνεργασία με τα τμήματα marketing, customer service, logistics και product management για τη βέλτιστη εμπορική λειτουργία.</li><li>Εντατική χρήση συστημάτων CRM, ERP (κατά προτίμηση Entersoft), Excel και εργαλείων reporting για τη λήψη εμπορικών αποφάσεων βάσει δεδομένων.</li></ul>Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:<ul><li>Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ (οικονομικής ή τεχνολογικής κατεύθυνσης, διοίκησης επιχειρήσεων ή marketing). Μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος θα εκτιμηθεί.</li><li>Ελάχιστη εμπειρία 5 ετών σε οργανωμένα&nbsp;τμήματα πωλήσεων σε θέση ευθύνης (π.χ. Διευθυντής Πωλήσεων, Εμπορικός - Περιφερειακός Διευθυντής, Επικεφαλής Πεδίου).</li><li>Εμπειρία σε διαχείριση προϊόντων με μεγάλο πλήθος κωδικών (multi-SKUs) και συνθετικά εμπορικά σχήματα.</li><li>Καλή γνώση αγγλικών (Proficiency ή αντίστοιχο επίπεδο).
