We are currently searching to hire a Group Facilities Services & Projects Specialist who will be responsible for the functionality & layout of work facilities within Motor Oil Group. During your day you will: Be responsible for handling, coordinating & monitoring requests and overseeing issues resolution(including on site visits) for: facilities security facilities maintenance works facilities cleaning services office furniture and construction works non-IT office equipment (phones, etc) relocation requests Propose offices redesign, renovation and spatial planning projects, including negotiations and cooperation with vendors Manage and monitor contracts for: building security services facilities cleaning services rents, shared expenses and utilities Provide requirements to Procurement and oversees the bidding process for facilities related contracts regarding the buildings under his responsibility Ensure that facilities meet regulations and environmental, health and security standards and advises accordingly Provide consultation on increasing energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness Prepare and supports monitoring of the offices’ budget per company Provide relevant reporting where required What you need to stand out: Bachelor’s degree in  Electrical ,Mechanical Engineering or other related field Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business or other related field will be preferred At least 4 years of experience in Facilities Management (hard & soft) Strong knowledge in AUTOCAD Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Greek and English Proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel Efficient communication and interpersonal skills Advanced numerical and analytical skills Accountability and results orientation     Our Compass is the #ACTION #A_uthenticity #C_ompassion #T_eamwork #I_ntegrity #O_wnership #N_ever giving up     What gives us energy: Friendly and fast paced environment, being always at the heart of the #action Continuous learning to empower our teams Career Development opportunities across the Motor Oil Group Competitive compensation package     *We @Motor Oil Group are an equal opportunity employer.
