Performance<ul><li>Develop and execute room sales strategies for Scorpios hotel component.</li><li>Collaborate with Head of Hotels and Revenue teams on pricing, segmentation, and distribution channels.</li><li>Drive improvements in ADR, RevPAR, and occupancy across all openings and existing properties.</li><li>Identify commercial opportunities for peak periods, long stays, prepayment packages, and buyouts.</li></ul>Pre-Opening Sales<ul><li>Lead creation of sales materials (fact sheets, floor plans, rate cards, villa specifications, visual assets) in collaboration with Marketing team.</li><li>Lead creation of Sales Materials</li></ul>Distribution &amp;
