As the Sales Business Expert, you will lead the design, execution, and optimization of sales campaigns towards new prospects and existing customers, driving growth and innovation across Tied Agents network. You will coordinate high-performing sales teams, act as an Agile team member for digital initiatives and leverage digital marketing strategies to maximize campaign impact. Furthermore, you will be accountable to materialize the company’s sales strategy through digital transformation initiatives and performance improvement projects, ensuring the proper synchronization of people, procedures and systems to ensure the implementation of strategic objectives, under the defined timeline.
As of your role, you will be working closely with Sales Management and be appointed as the call-to-action person for the execution and monitoring of the strategic plans’ accomplishment, aiming on continuous improvement of the assessed business areas.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage, mentor, and motivate Tied Agent sales teams, with close collaboration of Sales Executives, on ensuring the achievement of campaign targets and push for continuous improvement
• Design, develop, and execute lead generation and portfolio campaigns in line with business strategy
• Provide training, daily communication, and ongoing support to Agents and corporate business teams by sharing best practices, insights and lessons learned
• Oversee campaign setup, lead assignment, and progress tracking using Salesforce and other digital tools
• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Develop and optimize digital sales channels and marketing campaigns targeting prospects in key markets
• Collaborate with the Marketing Department and external agencies for campaign analysis, fostering continuous improvement by leverage digital marketing platforms, analytics, and UX best practices to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates
• Monitor and analyze campaign KPIs and KRIs, providing weekly and executive-level reporting
• Assess campaign effectiveness, recommend improvements, and ensure budget efficiency
• Act as the main point of contact for campaign-related topics and digital distribution assets for the provision of support and issue resolution
Qualifications:
• University degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Proven track record in sales teams and leading successful sales campaigns
• Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing abilities
• Strong business acumen, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Expertise in digital marketing, campaign optimization, analytics and digital sales ecosystems
• Solid business background and experience working in CRM platforms – preferably into Salesforce
• Familiarity with sales processes (back-office operations, performance & quality reporting etc.)
• Experience on performance management, having strong analytical skills set
