Η θέση εργασίας αφορά τα&nbsp;κεντρικά μας στον Γέρακα και περιλαμβάνει ταξίδια, τουλάχιστον 1 φορά την εβδομάδα στην Πελοπόννησο (Πύργος, Καλαμάτα) για την διασφάλιση της ολοκλήρωσης των εργασιών ανά περιοχή.Περιγραφή ρόλου - Συντονισμός και διαχείριση έργου κατασκευής οπτικών ινών, διασφαλίζοντας την έγκαιρη και οικονομικά αποδοτική ολοκλήρωσή του σε κάθε περιοχή. -&nbsp;Συνεργασία με όλα τα εμπλεκόμενα μέρη του έργου (μηχανικούς, κατασκευαστές, λειτουργίες) για την ομαλή υλοποίηση. -&nbsp;Ανάπτυξη και παρακολούθηση χρονοδιαγράμματος&nbsp;έργου, προϋπολογισμών και σχεδίων κατανομής πόρων. -&nbsp;Επικοινωνία με προμηθευτές και εργολάβους ώστε να διασφαλίζεται η συμμόρφωση με τις απαιτήσεις του έργου. -&nbsp;Διενέργεια επιτόπιων ελέγχων για παρακολούθηση της προόδου και έγκαιρη αναγνώριση κινδύνων ή προβλημάτων, όπου απαιτείται. -&nbsp;Επίλυση θεμάτων&nbsp;που προκύπτουν κατά την εκτέλεση του έργου. -&nbsp;Συνεργασία με εσωτερικές ομάδες για ομαλές μεταβάσεις μεταξύ των φάσεων των έργων. - Διασφάλιση συμμόρφωσης με τις εσωτερικές πολιτικές και τους κανονισμούς της εταιρείας. -&nbsp;Διατήρηση λεπτομερούς τεκμηρίωσης των έργων (σχέδια, αναφορές, φωτογραφικό υλικό, as built κτλ). - Δημιουργία αναφορών σχετικά με την πορεία των έργων στη διοίκηση και τα ενδιαφερόμενα μέρη.Απαραίτητα Προσόντα - Πτυχίο σε σχετικό τομέα (π.χ. Μηχανική, Διαχείριση Κατασκευών, Project Management). -&nbsp;Τουλάχιστον 1 χρόνο εμπειρίας στον συντονισμό ή τη διαχείριση έργων, κατά προτίμηση στον κλάδο των τηλεπικοινωνιών ή των κατασκευών. -&nbsp;Καλή γνώση της αρχιτεκτονικής και των μεθοδολογιών υλοποίησης δικτύων FTTH. -&nbsp;Εξαιρετικές επικοινωνιακές και οργανωτικές δεξιότητες, με ικανότητα αποτελεσματικής ιεράρχησης προτεραιοτήτων. -&nbsp;Ικανότητες επίλυσης προβλημάτων και αναλυτική σκέψη. -&nbsp;Εξοικείωση με το Microsoft Office και εργαλεία διαχείρισης έργων (π.χ.
