WHAT You will enjoy doing
Manage full-cycle recruitment (workforce planning, job postings, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding, exit interviews etc)
Coordinate the Onboarding Program, creating a seamless and engaging start for new hires.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external staffing agencies
Participate in the implementation of local and regional HR projects (A–Z execution)
Assist in developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures ensuring consistency with company standards and ISO/internal audit frameworks
Contribute to employer branding activities
Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs, deliver training initiatives, and support the design and implementation of learning programs based on ALPLAs standards
Contribute to initiatives that promote employee skill development and continuous professional growth (eSkill Matrix, etc)
Support Performance Management processes, monitor progress and prepare reports when needed
Support internal communication and engagement initiatives such as employee surveys, corporate events, and Townhall meetings
Act as backup within the HR team when required
Support audits and inspections mainly related to the previously mentioned duties and ensure compliance with ALPLAs HR Standards
Perform any additional HR and administrative duties as assigned
What makes you great
What makes you great
University degree in ΗR, Business, Economics, Social Studies or any other related field
1-2 years of experience in similar position; prior working experience in an industrial Environment will be considered as asset
Comfortable with numbers
Project Management capabilities and analytical skills
Confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information
