Test & Integration Engineer

Finally, you will be involved in inter-departmental processes, reporting directly to the Supply Chain Director.What you’ll be doing:<ul><li>Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries of materials and other items as well as ensure on-time delivery to meet customer demand and service level agreement.</li><li>Collaborate with procurement to manage carrier relationships and negotiate favorable terms</li><li>Manage the distribution of finished products to the customers.</li><li>Oversee the management of potential third party distribution centers and warehouses as well as dispatching and loading of the trucks.</li><li>Development of processes, concepts and strategies for the management of logistics service providers.</li><li>Identify possible future transportation capacity constraints and bottlenecks in the supply chain.</li><li>Monitor logistics costs and identify opportunities for transportation cost reduction.</li><li>Measure, analyze and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related logistics (e.g. Real Time Visibility rate, Freight spend, CO2 scope 3, monthly carrier performance).</li><li>Analyze data to identify areas for improvement &amp; cost reduction.</li><li>Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.</li></ul>What we’d love for you to have:We are interested in you as a person: your attitude, behaviors and values.
