Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you will ensure adequate insurance coverage, compliance, and risk mitigation for our national and international projects.Responsibilities:&nbsp;<ul><li>Collaborate with the Group's central insurance department to ensure adequate insurance coverage for all risks associated with Hellenic Cables' operations.</li><li>Conduct in-depth analysis of tender dossiers and various contracts, identifying liability and insurance risks, including screening and drafting relevant documentation.</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries regarding insurance policies.</li><li>Provide expert guidance to internal teams on insurance matters, contract law, liability law, and risk management, ensuring compliance and optimal coverage.</li><li>Negotiate and coordinate with insurance brokers and insurers to address customer concerns and ensure seamless service delivery.</li><li>Oversee both group insurance policies and project-specific coverage, obtaining quotes and maintaining up-to-date policy records.</li><li>Manage and track client claims related to work and products, liaising with insurance companies, brokers, and clients.</li><li>Maintain and update insurance databases to ensure accurate tracking of risks, policies, and claims.</li></ul>Qualifications:&nbsp;<ul><li>A Master’s degree in Finance, Law, or Business. As our EPC Project Manager, you will be responsible for the proper execution of utility scale PV and/or Hybrid projects on time, within budget and scope. Project management activities include schedule, budget, scope, quality, risk, contracts, engineering, integration, compliance, stakeholder management throughout the execution of the projects.&nbsp;This role also includes the projects’ preliminary phase, where you will coordinate all preparation activities prior to EPC contract signing and you will support throughout negotiations with clients.&nbsp;You can look forward to the following tasks;<ul><li>Accountable for the successful execution of the EPC projects, from design phase through completion, energisation and handover.</li><li>Ensure that project is delivered on-time. Create detailed project plans. Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.</li><li>Ensure that project is delivered within budget. Keep overview of budgetary objectives, identify discrepancies, and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure that project is delivered within scope. Monitor compliance with specifications and requirements included in project contracts and other related project documents.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs. Perform risk management to minimize/mitigate project risks. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.</li><li>Create and maintain project documentation.
