Develop and maintain process flow. Responsible for setting &amp; tracking sales targets &amp; KPI’s.</li><li>Own and drive all project related activities to achieve quarterly/yearly sales revenue.</li><li>Coach, train &amp; evaluate team leaders to monitor their teams’ daily &amp; weekly performance. Regular interaction with internal and client stakeholders to maintain rhythm of business. Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Business Review with client stakeholders to report performance, insights, outlook, and help wanted for current and future quarters. Prepare sales analysis, report and suggest improvements for internal &amp; external management.</li><li>Maintain CRM hygiene &amp; use it as a Single source of truth for forecasting, reporting &amp; analysis purposes. Plan &amp; execute incentive plans &amp; team activities within the allocated budget.</li><li>Maintain an open-communication culture for the team to share their ideas, challenges &amp; perceptions. Single point of contact for the field to advise on important matters for all program related activities on a regular basis. Responsible for providing new &amp; refresh trainings and retaining inside sales talent. Weekly call with reporting manager to understand and identify best practices to achieve set goals. Ability to understand the challenges within the assigned territory and create strategies to address them appropriately.</li></ul>Candidate Profile:<ul><li>Proven Experience of advertisement or digital marketing related sales or business development&nbsp;experience​</li><li>4+ years of program management experience with proven track record of successfully&nbsp;leading teams of 20+ people including 4+ Sales Managers. Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools&nbsp;preferred.&nbsp;​</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal (English) communications skills -&nbsp;ability to coach team to successfully drive sales over phone, email, video and modern&nbsp;demonstration&nbsp;tools​</li><li>Superior leadership skills with the ability to enable high performers to deliver and motivate&nbsp;under-performers to&nbsp;improve​</li><li>Experience, background and confidence to initiate and drive business strategy discussions&nbsp;with C-level executives and business decision makers around industry drivers and&nbsp;workloads​</li><li>Ability to identify the key aspects of a potential opportunity, nurture the opportunity to&nbsp;close, engage channel partners as needed and manage the customer relationship through&nbsp;success​</li><li>General knowledge of the advertisement industry, with the capacity to learn and retain knowledge&nbsp;about individual systems, processes, products and services quickly and&nbsp;accurately​</li><li>Works well in a diverse team and enjoys a dynamic and changing&nbsp;environment​</li><li>Achievement and success-driven personality, motivated by performance rewards for&nbsp;exceeding annual sales goals through strategic sales leadership and strong cross business&nbsp;collaboration​</li><li>Experience using Microsoft Office Suite applications Dynamics CRM or other CRM&nbsp;experience is a&nbsp;bonus​</li><li>Experience with the Microsoft Advertisement platform is a plus&nbsp;​</li><li>Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience&nbsp;required​</li></ul>
