We are looking for a passionate Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join the Commercial Intelligence & Insights team at SKY express. In this role, you will transform complex data into clear insights, dashboards, and analytical outputs that strengthen decision-making and improve commercial performance. The key responsibility is to design, build, and maintain the BI foundation that enables data-driven strategies across the commercial organization.

Responsibilities:

• Foster an insight-driven commercial culture by enabling consistent performance measurement and decision-making across teams

• Design, build, and deliver user-friendly dashboards, reports, and analytical models by partnering with stakeholders, aligning on KPIs, and providing actionable insights.

• Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities by performing deep-dive analyses, and translating findings into clear recommendations.

• Design and optimize business-ready datasets using SQL to support reporting and analytics

• Ensure data accuracy and reporting automation by validating data sources, maintaining BI consistency, and implementing automated workflows.

• Own the end-to-end delivery of BI initiatives, from requirements to implementation and adoption

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field.

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in BI, Analytics or a similar role with large datasets management in cloud environments.

• Knowledge of data modelling & ETL concepts. Exposure to machine learning or AI concepts (e.g. forecasting, predictive or optimization use cases) is a plus.

• Fluency in English (verbal and written) and Greek.

• Proficient in IT (MS Office suite, SQL, data visualization tools e.g. Power BI, Tableau or similar). Familiarity with Python or similar analytical programming languages will be considered a plus.
