- Ελέγχεις καθημερινά βίντεο, ειδήσεις, εικόνες, πολιτικές διαφημίσεις και προφίλ σε μέσα κοινωνικής δικτύωσης.
- Αξιολογείς το περιεχόμενο ως προς την καταλληλότητα για ηλικίες, τη βία, το σεξουαλικό περιεχόμενο και την πολιτική διαφάνεια.
- Εφαρμόζεις πολιτικές περιεχομένου και διαδικασίες χειρισμού με συνέπεια.
- Παρακολουθείς αναφορές κατάχρησης και εφαρμόζεις με ακρίβεια τους όρους χρήσης του πελάτη.
- Κλιμακώνεις μέσω των κατάλληλων καναλιών αλλαγές που ενδέχεται να επηρεάσουν την απόδοση.
- Τηρείς τα εσωτερικά Service level agreements και τους Βασικούς δείκτες απόδοσης.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με τη διοίκηση σε στρατηγικά έργα, όταν απαιτείται.
- Συμμετέχεις σε υποχρεωτικές εσωτερικές και εξωτερικές εκπαιδεύσεις ή σεμινάρια.
- Συμμετέχεις σε πρωτοβουλίες του τμήματος, παρέχοντας ενημερώσεις και υποστηρίζοντας συνεργατικές λύσεις.
- Τηρείς τις πολιτικές, τις διαδικασίες και τις απαιτήσεις ασφάλειας και εμπιστευτικότητας της εταιρείας.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Επάρκεια στα Ρωσικά και στα Αγγλικά, συμπεριλαμβανομένης της ανάγνωσης και γραφής.
- Content moderation και Εφαρμογή πολιτικών περιεχομένου.
- Εξοικείωση με υπολογιστές, Windows OS, Apple OS, Microsoft Office και Εφαρμογές Google.
- Zendesk, Slack και Επίλυση θεμάτων.
- Βασικοί δείκτες απόδοσης και Service level agreements.
- Συμμόρφωση με απαιτήσεις ασφάλειας και εμπιστευτικότητας
