- Ελέγχεις ψηφιακό περιεχόμενο, όπως βίντεο, ειδήσεις, εικόνες, πολιτικές διαφημίσεις και προφίλ κοινωνικών δικτύων.
- Αξιολογείς το περιεχόμενο ως προς την καταλληλότητα ηλικίας, τη βία, το σεξουαλικό περιεχόμενο και την πολιτική διαφάνεια.
- Παρακολουθείς αναφορές κατάχρησης στον ιστότοπο και εφαρμόζεις τους όρους χρήσης του πελάτη.
- Κλιμακώνεις μέσω των κατάλληλων διαύλων αλλαγές που ενδέχεται να επηρεάσουν την απόδοση ή τα απαιτούμενα KPI.
- Συμμετέχεις σε αναφορές προγράμματος, εκπαιδεύσεις και δράσεις ευεξίας.
- Τηρείς τα μέτρα ασφάλειας, την εμπιστευτικότητα και τις λοιπές απαιτήσεις του έργου.
- Συμμετέχεις σε συνεδρίες καθοδήγησης ευεξίας και ομάδες ευεξίας.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 1+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών και Τουρκικών.
- Content moderation: εφαρμογή πολιτικών περιεχομένου, έλεγχος ψηφιακού περιεχομένου και κατηγοριοποίηση περιεχομένου.
- Παρακολούθηση αναφορών κατάχρησης και KPI management.
- Ισχυρές προφορικές και γραπτές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες, με διαπροσωπικές δεξιότητες.
- Πολιτισμική επίγνωση και πολιτική και κοινωνική επίγνωση.
- Προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και συμμόρφωση με απαιτήσεις εμπιστευτικότητας και ασφάλειας.
