- Αξιολογείς το περιεχόμενο ως προς την καταλληλότητα ηλικίας, τη βία, το σεξουαλικό περιεχόμενο και την πολιτική διαφάνεια
- Παρακολουθείς αναφορές κακοποίησης και επιβάλλεις με ακρίβεια τους όρους χρήσης
- Κλιμακώνεις μέσω των κατάλληλων καναλιών αλλαγές που ενδέχεται να επηρεάσουν την απόδοση
- Τηρείς τις διαδικασίες ασφάλειας, την εμπιστευτικότητα και τις λοιπές απαιτήσεις του έργου
- Συμμετέχεις σε προγράμματα υποστήριξης εργαζομένων, αναφορών, εκπαίδευσης και ευεξίας
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 1+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Content moderation, έλεγχος και κατηγοριοποίηση ψηφιακού περιεχομένου
- Εφαρμογή πολιτικής περιεχομένου και συμμόρφωση με πολιτικές
- Παρακολούθηση αναφορών κακοποίησης και διαδικασίες κλιμάκωσης
- Διαδικασίες ασφάλειας και εμπιστευτικότητα
- Εμπειρία σε operations, Shared services ή Customer experience
- Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών, Άριστη γνώση Πολωνικών και πολιτισμική επίγνωση
