- Προτείνεις πρόσθετα προϊόντα ή υπηρεσίες σε υφιστάμενους πελάτες.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Επάρκεια στην αγγλική γλώσσα (B2) και εξυπηρέτηση πελατών.
- Συστήματα υπολογιστών και εφαρμογές λογισμικού.
- Διαχείριση κλήσεων και επίλυση ερωτημάτων πελατών.
- Ακρίβεια πληροφοριών και συμβουλευτική προϊόντων.
- Upselling και τήρηση διαδικασιών και μεθόδων.
- Διαθεσιμότητα για απογευματινή βάρδια.
