- Αναπτύσσεις και διατηρείς σχέσεις με ιδιοκτήτες, συνεργάτες, προμηθευτές και λοιπούς βασικούς ενδιαφερόμενους.
- Συμβάλλεις στην ανάπτυξη και υλοποίηση της επιχειρηματικής και εμπορικής στρατηγικής του ξενοδοχείου.
- Διασφαλίζεις τη συμμόρφωση με πολιτικές, λειτουργικές διαδικασίες και πρότυπα ποιότητας.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Διαχείριση λειτουργίας ξενοδοχείου και διαχείριση εξυπηρέτησης επισκεπτών.
- Leadership και People management.
- Financial management, Commercial awareness και βελτιστοποίηση λειτουργικού κόστους.
- KPI monitoring και Strategic planning.
- Decision-making, Organizational skills και Communication.
- Interpersonal skills και English language.
