Τι θα κάνεις
- Διαχειρίζεσαι όλες τις λειτουργίες του τμήματος δωματίων, όπως καθαριότητα, υποδοχή, κρατήσεις και υπηρεσίες επισκεπτών.
- Διασφαλίζεις υψηλή ποιότητα εξυπηρέτησης, προβλέποντας τις ανάγκες των επισκεπτών και ξεπερνώντας τις προσδοκίες τους.
- Εκπαιδεύεις και επιβλέπεις τα μέλη της ομάδας για εξαιρετική απόδοση.
- Αναπτύσσεις και εφαρμόζεις διαδικασίες για αποδοτική λειτουργία και μεγιστοποίηση της κερδοφορίας.
- Καταρτίζεις τον προϋπολογισμό του τμήματος και παρακολουθείς τα έξοδα.
- Διατηρείς υψηλά επίπεδα καθαριότητας, οργάνωσης και ασφάλειας σε όλο το ξενοδοχείο.
- Παρακολουθείς και αξιολογείς τα σχόλια των επισκεπτών για τη συνεχή βελτίωση υπηρεσιών και παροχών.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Διαχείριση τμήματος δωματίων και λειτουργικές διαδικασίες
- Ηγεσία και επίβλεψη ομάδας
- Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και αξιολόγηση feedback επισκεπτών
- Financial management και budgeting
- Καθαριότητα και ασφάλεια ξενοδοχείου
- Hospitality management και άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών
- Διαχείριση Φιλοξενίας / Οποιοδήποτε Πεδίο
