Τι θα κάνεις
- Επιβλέπεις την καθημερινή λειτουργία Front Office και Rooms Division, τις κρατήσεις, την κατανομή δωματίων και την τιμολόγηση.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τα αιτήματα επισκεπτών και παρακολουθείς τα σχόλιά τους, συμπεριλαμβανομένων εκείνων από τα social media.
- Καθορίζεις στόχους του τμήματος σύμφωνα με τον ετήσιο προϋπολογισμό και τα πρότυπα εξυπηρέτησης.
- Ελέγχεις τα brochure των tour operators και εισηγείσαι έγκαιρες αλλαγές σύμφωνα με τα fact sheets.
- Ηγείσαι του Recruitment για θέσεις του ξενοδοχείου σύμφωνα με την εταιρική πολιτική και τις αξίες του Ομίλου.
- Παρακολουθείς και καθοδηγείς την καθημερινή επαγγελματική συμπεριφορά και απόδοση της ομάδας.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι το σύστημα αξιολόγησης απόδοσης και σχεδιάζεις πλάνα εκπαίδευσης βάσει των αναγκών.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 6+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Λειτουργία Front Office και Rooms Division, διαχείριση κρατήσεων και αιτημάτων επισκεπτών
- Αγγλική γλώσσα και δεύτερη ξένη γλώσσα
- MS Office και Protel
- Διαχείριση social media
- Σχεδιασμός προϋπολογισμού και τιμολόγηση
- Recruitment, Performance management και σχεδιασμός εκπαίδευσης
- Τουρισμόςκατά προτίμηση
