Τι θα κάνεις
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τα τμήματα υποδοχής, καθαριότητας, σχέσεων με πελάτες και υποστηρικτικά τμήματα.
- Πραγματοποιείς επιτόπιους ελέγχους δωματίων για την τήρηση προτύπων.
- Ελέγχεις τα έξοδα και τους προϋπολογισμούς.
- Διασφαλίζεις τον έγκαιρο, αποτελεσματικό και επαγγελματικό καλωσόρισμα και check-in πελατών.
- Εποπτεύεις τη συντήρηση και διαμόρφωση του Opera system.
- Παρακολουθείς το επίπεδο εξυπηρέτησης πελατών αναλύοντας αναφορές ικανοποίησης.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με τα τμήματα Guest Services, Reservations, Sales και Housekeeping για την υπέρβαση αναγκών πελατών.
- Διασφαλίζεις την τήρηση των 5* προτύπων εμφάνισης από όλους τους υπαλλήλους.
- Ηγείσαι δίνοντας το καλό παράδειγμα και ενισχύεις τη συνεργασία της ομάδας.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Γνώση και εμπειρία στη χρήση Opera system και Property Management Software.
- Εμπειρία στη διαχείριση τμημάτων υποδοχής, καθαριότητας και τμήματος δωματίων.
- Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών με παρακολούθηση και βελτίωση της ποιότητας.
- Επάρκεια στην αγγλική γλώσσα, ικανότητα γραπτής και προφορικής επικοινωνίας.
- Ισχυρές δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας και οργανωτικές δεξιότητες.
- Ικανότητα διαχείρισης στρες, πολλαπλών εργασιών και ηγεσίας ομάδας.
- Προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και τήρηση εταιρικών προτύπων εμφάνισης
