Τι θα κάνεις
- Εφαρμόζεις υφιστάμενες και νέες νομικές και κανονιστικές απαιτήσεις για την προμήθεια ηλεκτρικής ενέργειας και φυσικού αερίου.
- Προετοιμάζεις, ελέγχεις και συντονίζεις κανονιστικές αναφορές προς εξωτερικούς εποπτικούς φορείς.
- Παρακολουθείς το κανονιστικό πλαίσιο και ενημερώνεις τα ενδιαφερόμενα μέρη για νέες οδηγίες και αποφάσεις.
- Παρέχεις κανονιστική καθοδήγηση για νέα προϊόντα, διασφαλίζοντας συμμόρφωση με ενεργειακούς κανονισμούς και τεχνικές απαιτήσεις.
- Υποστηρίζεις την προετοιμασία και ανασκόπηση συμβάσεων πελατών και επιχειρησιακής τεκμηρίωσης από κανονιστική σκοπιά.
- Παρέχεις συμβουλές για θέματα προστασίας καταναλωτή και συντονίζεις απαντήσεις σε καταγγελίες από ρυθμιστικές αρχές.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι κανονιστικές υποχρεώσεις και υποβολές δεδομένων που σχετίζονται με Energy Efficiency Obligation Schemes.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Κανονιστική συμμόρφωση και εφαρμογή νομικών και κανονιστικών απαιτήσεων
- Νομοθεσία ενέργειας και ρύθμιση προμήθειας ενέργειας
- Κανονιστικές αναφορές και υποβολή δεδομένων
- Παρακολούθηση κανονιστικού πλαισίου και συνεργασία με ρυθμιστικές αρχές
- Διαχείριση ενδιαφερόμενων μερών και συμμόρφωση με την προστασία καταναλωτή
- Έλεγχος συμβάσεων και επιχειρησιακής τεκμηρίωσης, επίλυση προβλημάτων
- Μηχανική / Νομική / Οικονομικά / Δίκαιο Ενέργειας / Ενεργειακά Οικονομικά
