Τι θα κάνεις
- Υποστηρίζεις τις ομάδες έργων στην εφαρμογή απαιτήσεων κινδύνου, ποιότητας και συμμόρφωσης.
- Ελέγχεις θέματα αποδοχής και συνέχισης έργων και άλλους σχετικούς κινδύνους.
- Εξετάζεις επιστολές ανάθεσης, προτάσεις και συμβατικά έγγραφα, εντοπίζεις αποκλίσεις και κλιμακώνεις σημαντικά ζητήματα.
- Αξιολογείς διαβουλεύσεις διαχείρισης κινδύνων και συντάσσεις τεκμηρίωση και προτάσεις σύμφωνα με πρότυπα και πολιτικές.
- Παρακολουθείς τη συμμόρφωση με διαδικασίες διαχείρισης κινδύνων και τηρείς ακριβή αρχεία.
- Συμβάλλεις σε περιοδικές αναφορές, ελέγχους ποιότητας και παρακολούθηση διορθωτικών ενεργειών.
- Ερευνάς κανονιστικές, επαγγελματικές και εσωτερικές εξελίξεις και συνοψίζεις τις πρακτικές επιπτώσεις τους.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με ομάδες έργων και ειδικούς, απαντάς σε καθημερινά ερωτήματα και επικοινωνείς σαφώς τις απαιτήσεις κινδύνου.
- Υποστηρίζεις δράσεις εκπαίδευσης και ενημέρωσης για τη διαχείριση κινδύνων.
- Αναλαμβάνεις εργασίες και καθορισμένες ροές, ζητάς καθοδήγηση και κλιμακώνεις σύνθετα ή ευαίσθητα ζητήματα.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Microsoft Excel, λογικοί τύποι και τύποι αναζήτησης, PivotTables και Επικύρωση δεδομένων
- Ανάλυση δεδομένων και Παρακολούθηση δεδομένων
- Συμφωνίες και Management reporting
- Audit και Assurance, Risk management και Παρακολούθηση συμμόρφωσης
- Απαιτήσεις πολιτικών και κανονιστικού πλαισίου και Επαγγελματική τεκμηρίωση
- Quality management και Επάρκεια στην αγγλική και ελληνική γλώσσα
- Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων / Χρηματοοικονομικά / Λογιστική / Οικονομικά / Οποιοδήποτε Πεδίο
