- Ελέγχεις αρχιτεκτονικές μελέτες και υποβαλλόμενα σχέδια.
- Εκπονείς μελέτες σκοπιμότητας για επιμέρους έργα.
- Καταρτίζεις οδικούς χάρτες αδειοδότησης και παρακολουθείς τη συμμόρφωση των έργων.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τα χρονοδιαγράμματα έργων και παρακολουθείς τη διαδικασία αδειοδότησης.
- Εντοπίζεις κινδύνους αδειοδότησης και προτείνεις ενέργειες μετριασμού.
- Παρέχεις συμβουλές για τη νομοθεσία, τους περιορισμούς και τις εγκρίσεις σχεδιασμού.
- Υποστηρίζεις τους developers στις διαδικασίες υποβολής φακέλων.
- Λειτουργείς ως επίσημο κανάλι επικοινωνίας με τις αρμόδιες αδειοδοτούσες αρχές.
- Ενημερώνεις την πορεία των αδειοδοτήσεων και τηρείς επικαιροποιημένη τεκμηρίωση.
- Υποστηρίζεις οριζόντια όλα τα έργα του Ellinikon Project.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 10+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Συμμόρφωση με τις απαιτήσεις αδειοδότησης, Ελληνικοί οικοδομικοί κανονισμοί και Πολεοδομικά καθεστώτα
- Έλεγχος αρχιτεκτονικών μελετών και διαγραμμάτων κάλυψης
- Μελέτες σκοπιμότητας και Οδικοί χάρτες αδειοδότησης
- Διαχείριση χρονοδιαγραμμάτων έργων και Εντοπισμός και μετριασμός κινδύνων
- Υποβολή φακέλων για οικοδομικές άδειες και Αρμόδιες αδειοδοτούσες αρχές και διαδικασίες e-Άδειες
- AutoCAD και Αγγλική γλώσσα
- Αρχιτεκτονική / Πολιτική Μηχανική
