- Εντοπίζεις κινδύνους αδειοδότησης και προτείνεις μέτρα μετριασμού.
- Υποστηρίζεις οριζόντια όλα τα έργα του έργου ανάπλασης.
- Αναφέρεις την πορεία των διαδικασιών αδειοδότησης και τηρείς ενημερωμένη την τεκμηρίωση.
- Καταρτίζεις οδικούς χάρτες αδειοδότησης και διασφαλίζεις τη συμμόρφωση των έργων με το ισχύον νομικό πλαίσιο.
- Παρέχεις συμβουλές για τη νομοθεσία και τους περιορισμούς αδειοδότησης.
- Αξιολογείς τη σκοπιμότητα προτεινόμενων αναπτύξεων.
- Επισημαίνεις ευκαιρίες και κινδύνους αδειοδότησης και προτείνεις σχετικές ενέργειες.
- Παρέχεις επαγγελματικές συμβουλές και ελέγχεις αρχιτεκτονικές μελέτες που υποβάλλουν οι developers.
- Υποστηρίζεις τους developers στις διαδικασίες υποβολής φακέλων.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 5+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Διαδικασίες έκδοσης οικοδομικών αδειών και απαιτήσεις υποβολής φακέλων οικοδομικών αδειών.
- Έλεγχος αρχιτεκτονικών μελετών και διαγραμμάτων κάλυψης.
- Μελέτες σκοπιμότητας και εντοπισμός και μετριασμός κινδύνων αδειοδότησης.
- Οδικοί χάρτες αδειοδότησης και συμμόρφωση με τις απαιτήσεις αδειοδότησης.
- AutoCAD.
- ΝΟΚ και Οικοδομικός Κανονισμός, Νόμος 4495/2017 και πολεοδομικά καθεστώτα.
- Αρχιτεκτονική / Πολιτική Μηχανική
