- Οδηγείς τη διαδικασία νομιμοποίησης ακινήτων, συνεργαζόμενος με εξωτερικούς μηχανικούς και ελέγχοντας σχέδια και έγγραφα
- Διαχειρίζεσαι την έκδοση και παρακολούθηση αδειών δόμησης, εξασφαλίζοντας αποτελεσματικό συντονισμό με εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες
- Παρέχεις τεχνική συμβουλευτική σε έργα διαχείρισης ακινήτων και τρίτους φορείς
- Αναπτύσσεις και εφαρμόζεις πολιτικές και διαδικασίες για εξωτερικά κανάλια βάσει απαιτήσεων έργου
- Προετοιμάζεις και υποβάλλεις αναλυτικές εκθέσεις για την τεχνική ωριμότητα ακινήτων
- Επικοινωνείς και παρουσιάζεις δεδομένα έργου σε πελάτες, εσωτερικά μέλη και επιτροπές
- Συνεργάζεσαι αποδοτικά με εσωτερικές ομάδες και εξωτερικούς ενδιαφερομένους για την επιτυχία των έργων
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Πολιτικός Μηχανικός ή Μηχανικός Τοπογράφος Αγρονόμος
- Διαδικασίες Νομιμοποίησης Ακινήτων και Κτηματολογική Εγγραφή
- Διαχείριση Αδειών Δόμησης και Δασοπονικός Σχεδιασμός
- Τεχνική Συμβουλευτική και Διαχείριση Ενδιαφερομένων
- Αναλυτικές Δεξιότητες και Διαχείριση Αλλαγών
- MS Office και AutoCAD
- Civil Engineering / Rural Surveying Engineering / related disciplineκατά προτίμηση

Περιγραφή Θέσης
As a Technical Maturity Associate, you will report to the Maturity Team Leader and be part of ARES’s Asset Management Division, working on the Technical Maturity process for Real Estate portfolios serviced by Alpha Real Estate Services.
In this role, you will apply your expertise as an experienced Engineer (Civil/Architect/Surveyor) to support the Legalization of Properties in accordance with Laws 3843/10, 4178/13 & 4495/17, ensuring compliance and timely project execution. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to facilitate the delivery of projects within the defined scope, budget, and timeline. Familiarity with Property Legalization processes, Cadastral Registration, and Forestry Planning will be essential for effectively managing the technical maturity of real estate portfolios.
What you will be doing
Lead the legalization process for properties, coordinating with external engineers and reviewing relevant drawings/documents
Manage the issuance and monitoring of construction permits, ensuring efficient coordination with external partners
Deliver technical consultancy services related to property management projects (technical consultancy, lender’s technical advisory, independent certifier, etc.)
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and working instructions for external channels based on specific project requirements
Prepare and submit detailed reports on the technical maturity of RE portfolios
Communicate and present project data to clients, internal stakeholders, and internal Committees
Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success
What you need to have
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil/Rural Surveying Engineering or any related discipline
At least three (3) years of relevant work experience
Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and design tools (AutoCAD, etc.)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities
A continuous improvement mindset with solid change management skills
