Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Ικανότητα Team Leadership και καθοδήγησης ομάδων
- Γνώσεις Restaurant Management και επίτευξη Sales Target
- Εφαρμογή Marketing Initiatives και διασφάλιση Product Quality
- Τήρηση Υγιεινής και Food Safety Compliance (HACCP)
- Κατανόηση Business Administration Basics και οικονομικής ανάλυσης
- Χειρισμός Microsoft Office και άριστη γνώση Ελληνικής και καλή Αγγλικής γλώσσας
