Τι θα κάνεις
- Υποστηρίζεις τον/την Restaurant Manager στις καθημερινές λειτουργίες, την εποπτεία και την εκπαίδευση προσωπικού.
- Διασφαλίζεις την τήρηση των προτύπων και διαδικασιών εξυπηρέτησης από όλο το προσωπικό.
- Παρακολουθείς την εμπειρία των επισκεπτών και αντιμετωπίζεις άμεσα τυχόν ζητήματα.
- Συμβάλλεις στη διαχείριση αποθεμάτων και στη διατήρηση επαρκών προμηθειών.
- Διευκολύνεις την αποτελεσματική επικοινωνία μεταξύ του προσωπικού για ομαλή παροχή υπηρεσιών.
- Συμμετέχεις στην κατάρτιση προγραμμάτων προσωπικού και στη διατήρηση θετικού εργασιακού περιβάλλοντος.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 1+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Εποπτεία λειτουργίας εστιατορίου και λειτουργία τροφίμων και ποτών
- Ηγεσία και εκπαίδευση προσωπικού
- Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών, διαχείριση παραπόνων επισκεπτών και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια
- Διαχείριση αποθεμάτων και κατάρτιση προγράμματος προσωπικού
- Επικοινωνία και διαπροσωπικές δεξιότητες
- Άριστη γνώση αγγλικών και συμμόρφωση με τα πρότυπα εξυπηρέτησης
