Τι θα κάνεις
- Υποστηρίζεις τον/την Restaurant Manager στην καθημερινή λειτουργία, την επίβλεψη και την εκπαίδευση του προσωπικού.
- Διασφαλίζεις ότι το προσωπικό τηρεί τα πρότυπα και τις διαδικασίες εξυπηρέτησης της Grecotel.
- Παρακολουθείς την εμπειρία των επισκεπτών και αντιμετωπίζεις άμεσα τυχόν ζητήματα.
- Συμβάλλεις στη διαχείριση αποθεμάτων και στη διατήρηση επαρκών προμηθειών.
- Διευκολύνεις την αποτελεσματική επικοινωνία μεταξύ του προσωπικού για ομαλή εξυπηρέτηση.
- Συμμετέχεις στην κατάρτιση προγραμμάτων προσωπικού και στη διατήρηση θετικού εργασιακού περιβάλλοντος.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 1+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Λειτουργία εστιατορίου και λειτουργία εστίασης και ποτών, με διαχείριση αποθεμάτων.
- Επίβλεψη, εκπαίδευση και κατάρτιση προγράμματος προσωπικού.
- Leadership και παρακίνηση ομάδας.
- Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και επίλυση παραπόνων επισκεπτών.
- Επικοινωνία και διαπροσωπικές δεξιότητες.
- Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών, προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια.
