Τι θα κάνεις
- Υποστηρίζεις τον/την διευθυντή/τρια εστιατορίου στις καθημερινές λειτουργίες, την επίβλεψη και την εκπαίδευση προσωπικού.
- Διασφαλίζεις ότι το προσωπικό τηρεί τα πρότυπα και τις διαδικασίες εξυπηρέτησης.
- Παρακολουθείς την εμπειρία των επισκεπτών και αντιμετωπίζεις άμεσα τυχόν ζητήματα.
- Συμβάλλεις στη διαχείριση αποθεμάτων και στη διατήρηση επαρκών προμηθειών.
- Διευκολύνεις την αποτελεσματική επικοινωνία μεταξύ του προσωπικού για την ομαλή παροχή υπηρεσιών.
- Συμμετέχεις στην κατάρτιση προγραμμάτων προσωπικού και στη διατήρηση θετικού εργασιακού περιβάλλοντος.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 1+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Λειτουργία εστιατορίου και λειτουργίες εστίασης και ποτών
- Επίβλεψη, εκπαίδευση και κατάρτιση προγράμματος προσωπικού
- Ηγετικές ικανότητες και επικοινωνία
- Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και διαχείριση παραπόνων επισκεπτών
- Διαχείριση αποθεμάτων και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια
- Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών και διαπροσωπικές δεξιότητες
