Τι θα κάνεις
- Συντονίζεις τις καθημερινές εργασίες λειτουργίας και συντήρησης σε όλο το περιφερειακό χαρτοφυλάκιο.
- Καταρτίζεις, εφαρμόζεις και παρακολουθείς το σχέδιο λειτουργίας, τα προγράμματα συντήρησης και τις προγραμματισμένες διακοπές.
- Βελτιώνεις συνεχώς τις διαδικασίες λειτουργίας, συντήρησης και εργασίας.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι την ομάδα εγκατάστασης, την κατανομή εργασιών, την εκπαίδευση και την κάλυψη εφημεριών.
- Παρακολουθείς την απόδοση, τους συναγερμούς και τις βλάβες μέσω Control Room και συντονίζεις την αποκατάσταση.
- Λειτουργείς ως κύριο επιχειρησιακό και τεχνικό σημείο επαφής με εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες και αρμόδιους φορείς.
- Εφαρμόζεις απαιτήσεις QHSE, permit-to-work, LOTO, αξιολογήσεις κινδύνου και διαδικασίες συμβάντων.
- Παρακολουθείς τη διαθεσιμότητα και συντονίζεις διερευνήσεις root-cause και διορθωτικές ενέργειες.
- Συντονίζεις υπεργολάβους και OEM, διαχειρίζεσαι ανταλλακτικά, εγγυήσεις, απαιτήσεις και αρχεία συντήρησης.
- Συντονίζεις τις διαδικασίες ετοιμότητας και αντιμετώπισης έκτακτων περιστατικών, με κλιμάκωση όπου απαιτείται.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 7+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Utility-scale solar PV O&M και τεχνική κατανόηση φωτοβολταϊκών εγκαταστάσεων.
- Site team leadership, Contractor management και Incident response.
- Maintenance planning, Spare-parts management και Permit-to-work and LOTO.
- QHSE και Root-cause analysis.
- Plant performance analysis, SCADA systems, Inverters και Trackers.
- Technical reporting και IT skills.
