Τι θα κάνεις
- Συντονίζεις τις καθημερινές δραστηριότητες λειτουργίας και συντήρησης των φωτοβολταϊκών πάρκων του περιφερειακού συμπλέγματος.
- Καταρτίζεις, εφαρμόζεις και παρακολουθείς το σχέδιο λειτουργίας, τα προγράμματα συντήρησης, τους πόρους, τις διακοπές και τα ανταλλακτικά.
- Βελτιώνεις συνεχώς τις διαδικασίες λειτουργίας, συντήρησης και εργασίας.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι την ομάδα εργοταξίου, αναθέτοντας εργασίες, εκπαίδευση, εξουσιοδοτήσεις, αξιολόγηση και εφημερίες.
- Συντονίζεσαι με το Control Room για την παρακολούθηση απόδοσης, τη διαχείριση συναγερμών και την αποκατάσταση βλαβών.
- Λειτουργείς ως κύριο επιχειρησιακό και τεχνικό σημείο επαφής με εργοδότη, διαχειριστή περιουσιακών στοιχείων, IPTO, OEMs, εργολάβους και αρμόδιες αρχές.
- Διασφαλίζεις την εφαρμογή HSE, permit-to-work, LOTO, αξιολογήσεων κινδύνου, σχεδίων έκτακτης ανάγκης και αναφοράς συμβάντων.
- Παρακολουθείς τη διαθεσιμότητα και τα επαναλαμβανόμενα τεχνικά ζητήματα, συντονίζοντας διερευνήσεις αιτιών και διορθωτικές ενέργειες.
- Συντονίζεις εργολάβους και ομάδες OEM, επιβλέποντας ανταλλακτικά, εγγυήσεις, αξιώσεις, αρχεία συντήρησης και αναφορές O&M.
- Επιβλέπεις τα φωτοβολταϊκά πάρκα και οργανώνεις την ετοιμότητα εφημερίας και την απόκριση σε έκτακτες ανάγκες.

- 7+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- O&M φωτοβολταϊκών πάρκων μεγάλης κλίμακας και τεχνικά συστήματα φωτοβολταϊκών πάρκων
- Ηγεσία ομάδων εργοταξίου και διαχείριση εργολάβων
- Σχεδιασμός συντήρησης και αντιμετώπιση συμβάντων
- QHSE και HSE permit-to-work και LOTO
- Συστήματα SCADA και ανάλυση απόδοσης πάρκου
- Τεχνική αναφορά, συντονισμός ενδιαφερόμενων μερών, οργανωτικές δεξιότητες, επικοινωνία και δεξιότητες IT
- Ηλεκτρολόγος Μηχανικός / Μηχανολογία
