Τι θα κάνεις
- Συντονίζεις τις καθημερινές εργασίες λειτουργίας και συντήρησης στα φωτοβολταϊκά πάρκα του περιφερειακού cluster.
- Καταρτίζεις, εφαρμόζεις και παρακολουθείς το σχέδιο λειτουργίας, τα προγράμματα συντήρησης, τους πόρους και τις προγραμματισμένες διακοπές.
- Βελτιώνεις συνεχώς τις διαδικασίες λειτουργίας, συντήρησης και εργασίας.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι την ομάδα εργοταξίου, αναθέτεις εργασίες και συντονίζεις εκπαίδευση, εξουσιοδοτήσεις και εφημερίες.
- Παρακολουθείς την απόδοση, τις ειδοποιήσεις και τις βλάβες, συντονίζοντας την έγκαιρη αποκατάσταση.
- Λειτουργείς ως βασικό επιχειρησιακό και τεχνικό σημείο επαφής με πελάτες, IPTO, OEMs, εργολάβους και αρμόδιες αρχές.
- Εφαρμόζεις απαιτήσεις HSE, διαδικασίες permit-to-work και LOTO, εκτιμήσεις κινδύνου και αναφορά συμβάντων.
- Παρακολουθείς τη διαθεσιμότητα και τα επαναλαμβανόμενα τεχνικά προβλήματα, συντονίζοντας διερεύνηση αιτιών και διορθωτικές ενέργειες.
- Συντονίζεις εργολάβους και ομάδες OEM, διασφαλίζοντας ανταλλακτικά, εγγυήσεις, claims, αρχεία συντήρησης και reporting.
- Επιβλέπεις όλα τα πάρκα του cluster και οργανώνεις την ετοιμότητα για εφημερίες και αντιμετώπιση έκτακτων περιστατικών.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 7+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- O&M φωτοβολταϊκών πάρκων μεγάλης κλίμακας, με τεχνική κατανόηση Inverters και Trackers.
- Ηγεσία ομάδων εργοταξίου και συντονισμός τεχνικού προσωπικού και εξωτερικών συνεργατών.
- Σχεδιασμός συντήρησης και Διαχείριση ανταλλακτικών.
- QHSE, Αντιμετώπιση συμβάντων και Permit-to-work και LOTO.
- Διαχείριση εργολάβων και Τεχνικό reporting.
- Ανάλυση απόδοσης σταθμών, Συστήματα SCADA, Άριστη γνώση Ελληνικών και Αγγλικών και IT skills.
- Ηλεκτρολόγος Μηχανικός / Μηχανολογία
