Τι θα κάνεις
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τη λειτουργία του εστιατορίου, στελέχωση, αποθέματα, προϋπολογισμό και οικονομικές αναφορές.
- Εκπαιδεύεις, παρακινείς, καθοδηγείς και διαχειρίζεσαι το προσωπικό σύμφωνα με τα πρότυπα εξυπηρέτησης.
- Εφαρμόζεις διαδικασίες ελέγχου ποιότητας, παρουσίασης και παροχής υπηρεσιών εστίασης και ποτών.
- Συνεργάζεσαι για τον σχεδιασμό μενού, τις προωθητικές ενέργειες και τις ειδικές εκδηλώσεις.
- Παρακολουθείς τον τοπικό ανταγωνισμό και προτείνεις βελτιώσεις στις προσφορές.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τα σχόλια των επισκεπτών και επιλύεις έγκαιρα τα παράπονά τους.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Διαχείριση λειτουργίας εστιατορίου και διαχείριση και επίβλεψη ομάδας
- Διαχείριση προϋπολογισμού, οικονομικές αναφορές και προβλέψεις
- Διαδικασίες παροχής υπηρεσιών εστίασης και ποτών και έλεγχος ποιότητας εστίασης και ποτών
- Εκπαίδευση και coaching προσωπικού και διαχείριση προτύπων εξυπηρέτησης
- Διαχείριση αποθεμάτων, σχεδιασμός μενού και προωθητικές ενέργειες
- Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών, οργανωτικές δεξιότητες και επίλυση προβλημάτων
