Τι θα κάνεις
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τη λειτουργία του εστιατορίου, συμπεριλαμβανομένων στελέχωσης, αποθεμάτων, προϋπολογισμού και οικονομικών αναφορών.
- Εκπαιδεύεις, παρακινείς, καθοδηγείς και εποπτεύεις το προσωπικό, διασφαλίζοντας την τήρηση των αξιών και των προτύπων service.
- Εφαρμόζεις διαδικασίες ελέγχου ποιότητας, παρουσίασης και service φαγητού και ποτού σύμφωνα με τα πρότυπα της εταιρείας.
- Συνεργάζεσαι για τον σχεδιασμό menu, promotions και ειδικών εκδηλώσεων.
- Παρακολουθείς τον τοπικό ανταγωνισμό και προτείνεις βελτιώσεις στις προσφορές.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τα σχόλια των επισκεπτών και επιλύεις έγκαιρα τα παράπονά τους.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Διαχείριση λειτουργίας εστιατορίου, αποθεμάτων και προϋπολογισμού
- Διαχείριση και επίβλεψη ομάδας, με εκπαίδευση και coaching προσωπικού
- Οικονομικές αναφορές και προβλέψεις
- Διαδικασίες service και ποιοτικός έλεγχος φαγητού και ποτού
- Πρότυπα service, διαχείριση παραπόνων επισκεπτών και σχεδιασμός menu και promotions
- Άριστη γνώση αγγλικών και ανάλυση ανταγωνισμού
