- Επιβλέπεις την καθημερινή λειτουργία του καταστήματος εξασφαλίζοντας εξαιρετικές υπηρεσίες και αξέχαστες εμπειρίες πελατών
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τον προγραμματισμό εργασίας, τη μισθοδοσία, τον προϋπολογισμό, τα αποθέματα και τον έλεγχο κόστους για τη μεγιστοποίηση της αποδοτικότητας και της κερδοφορίας
- Δημιουργείς και διατηρείς ισχυρές σχέσεις με τους πελάτες, αναγνωρίζοντας επισκέπτες και προσφέροντας μοναδικές εμπειρίες
- Συνεργάζεσαι στενά με τα τμήματα Κουζίνας και Τροφίμων & Ποτών για τη διασφάλιση ποιοτικών υπηρεσιών
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τα σχόλια πελατών και επιλύεις προβλήματα άμεσα και επαγγελματικά
- Παρακολουθείς την απόδοση του καταστήματος μέσω αναφορών και αναλύσεων για τη βελτίωση εσόδων και ικανοποίησης πελατών
- Εξασφαλίζεις τη συμμόρφωση με τα πρότυπα Four Seasons, τους κανονισμούς υγείας, ασφάλειας και υγιεινής
- Διεξάγεις ημερήσιες συναντήσεις πριν από την έναρξη εργασίας, ανασκοπήσεις απόδοσης και πρωτοβουλίες εκπαίδευσης για την ανάπτυξη των εργαζομένων
- Συνεργάζεσαι με τα τμήματα Οικονομικής Διαχείρισης, Συντήρησης, Stewarding και Αγορών για τη διατήρηση υψηλών λειτουργικών προτύπων
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Ηγεσία ομάδας και εκπαίδευση προσωπικού
- Διαχείριση εστιατορίου και γνώση λειτουργιών
- Προγραμματισμός εργασίας και διαχείριση μισθοδοσίας
- Προϋπολογισμός, έλεγχος κόστους και διαχείριση αποθεμάτων
- Γνώση τροφίμων και ποτών με εξαιρετικές επικοινωνιακές και οργανωτικές δεξιότητες
- Επίλυση προβλημάτων και συμμόρφωση σε κανόνες υγείας και ασφάλειας
