Τι θα κάνεις
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τη λειτουργία του εστιατορίου, συμπεριλαμβανομένων στελέχωσης, αποθεμάτων, προϋπολογισμού και οικονομικών αναφορών.
- Εκπαιδεύεις, παρακινείς, καθοδηγείς και επιβλέπεις το προσωπικό, διασφαλίζοντας την τήρηση των αξιών και προτύπων εξυπηρέτησης.
- Εφαρμόζεις διαδικασίες ποιοτικού ελέγχου, παρουσίασης και παροχής υπηρεσιών food and beverage.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με τον Executive Chef και τον F&B Manager για τον σχεδιασμό μενού, τις προωθητικές ενέργειες και τις ειδικές εκδηλώσεις.
- Παρακολουθείς τον τοπικό ανταγωνισμό και προτείνεις βελτιώσεις στις προσφορές.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τα σχόλια των πελατών και επιλύεις έγκαιρα και αποτελεσματικά τα παράπονα.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Διαχείριση λειτουργίας εστιατορίου και διαδικασίες παροχής υπηρεσιών food and beverage
- Διαχείριση και επίβλεψη ομάδας, εκπαίδευση και coaching προσωπικού
- Διαχείριση προϋπολογισμού, οικονομικές αναφορές και προβλέψεις
- Διαχείριση αποθεμάτων και ποιοτικός έλεγχος food and beverage
- Διαχείριση και επίλυση παραπόνων πελατών
- Οργανωτικές, επικοινωνιακές και δεξιότητες επίλυσης προβλημάτων, με άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών
