Τι θα κάνεις
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τη λειτουργία του εστιατορίου, συμπεριλαμβανομένης της στελέχωσης, των αποθεμάτων, του προϋπολογισμού και των οικονομικών αναφορών.
- Εκπαιδεύεις, παρακινείς, καθοδηγείς και αξιολογείς εργαζομένους, διασφαλίζοντας την τήρηση των αξιών και των προτύπων εξυπηρέτησης.
- Εφαρμόζεις διαδικασίες ελέγχου ποιότητας, παρουσίασης και εξυπηρέτησης φαγητού και ποτών.
- Συνεργάζεσαι για τον σχεδιασμό μενού, τις προωθητικές ενέργειες και τις ειδικές εκδηλώσεις.
- Παρακολουθείς τον τοπικό ανταγωνισμό και προτείνεις βελτιώσεις στις προσφερόμενες υπηρεσίες.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τα σχόλια των επισκεπτών και επιλύεις έγκαιρα τα παράπονά τους.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Διαχείριση λειτουργίας εστιατορίου, στελέχωσης, αποθεμάτων και προϋπολογισμού
- Διαχείριση και επίβλεψη ομάδας, εκπαίδευση και coaching εργαζομένων
- Οικονομικές αναφορές και προβλέψεις
- Διαδικασίες εξυπηρέτησης και έλεγχος ποιότητας φαγητού και ποτών
- Διαχείριση παραπόνων επισκεπτών και συμμόρφωση με τα πρότυπα εξυπηρέτησης
- Σχεδιασμός μενού και προωθητικές ενέργειες, άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών
