Τι θα κάνεις
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τη λειτουργία του εστιατορίου, συμπεριλαμβανομένης της στελέχωσης, του αποθέματος, του προϋπολογισμού και των οικονομικών αναφορών.
- Εκπαιδεύεις, παρακινείς, καθοδηγείς και αξιολογείς τους εργαζομένους, διασφαλίζοντας την τήρηση των προτύπων εξυπηρέτησης.
- Εφαρμόζεις διαδικασίες ελέγχου ποιότητας, παρουσίασης και παροχής υπηρεσιών εστίασης.
- Συνεργάζεσαι για τον σχεδιασμό μενού, τις προωθητικές ενέργειες και τις ειδικές εκδηλώσεις.
- Παρακολουθείς τον τοπικό ανταγωνισμό και εισηγείσαι βελτιώσεις στις προσφερόμενες υπηρεσίες.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τα σχόλια των πελατών και επιλύεις έγκαιρα τα παράπονά τους.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Διαχείριση λειτουργίας εστιατορίου, στελέχωσης, αποθέματος και προϋπολογισμού.
- Διαχείριση και επίβλεψη ομάδας, εκπαίδευση και coaching εργαζομένων.
- Οικονομικές αναφορές και προβλέψεις.
- Διαδικασίες παροχής υπηρεσιών εστίασης και ποιοτικός έλεγχος τροφίμων και ποτών.
- Διαχείριση προτύπων εξυπηρέτησης και παραπόνων πελατών.
- Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών.
