Τι θα κάνεις
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τη λειτουργία του εστιατορίου, το προσωπικό, τα αποθέματα, τον προϋπολογισμό και τις χρηματοοικονομικές αναφορές.
- Εκπαιδεύεις, παρακινείς, καθοδηγείς και αξιολογείς το προσωπικό σύμφωνα με τις αξίες και τα πρότυπα service της Grecotel.
- Εφαρμόζεις διαδικασίες ελέγχου ποιότητας, παρουσίασης και service φαγητού και ποτών.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με τον Executive Chef και τον F&B Manager για τον σχεδιασμό μενού, promotions και ειδικών εκδηλώσεων.
- Παρακολουθείς τον τοπικό ανταγωνισμό και προτείνεις βελτιώσεις στις προσφορές της Grecotel.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τα σχόλια των επισκεπτών και επιλύεις έγκαιρα τα παράπονά τους.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Διαχείριση λειτουργίας εστιατορίου, αποθεμάτων και προϋπολογισμού.
- Διαχείριση και επίβλεψη ομάδας, με εκπαίδευση και coaching προσωπικού.
- Χρηματοοικονομική αναφορά και προβλέψεις.
- Διαδικασίες service και έλεγχος ποιότητας φαγητού και ποτών.
- Διαχείριση προτύπων service και παραπόνων επισκεπτών.
- Σχεδιασμός μενού και promotions, ανάλυση τοπικού ανταγωνισμού και άριστη γνώση αγγλικών.
